You do not need to hire an AI engineer to start operating like a bigger company.

AI Operators

Embedded AI operators for SMB teams.

We place an operator or small AI team inside your workflow to build automations, train your team, and keep progress moving every week. Pilots prove what's possible. Operators make it part of how you work.

The same engine that wins your next client can run your operations leaner. This is that side of Vixure.

From $3,500 / month.
How Operators work

Operators run the work. They don't deliver a deck.

An Operator team is a small group that joins your team and runs your AI plan. They work inside one part of your business for one to six months, build the automations, put them into your own tools, and train your team to keep them running.

They are operators who sit with your team and run the work week after week. They build real systems and keep them running, with hands-on involvement the whole time.

The base team is one AI engineer plus Vixure delivery oversight. When the work grows past one person, you add specialists or developers only for as long as you need them. You never have to hire an in-house AI engineer.

Operators are right when
  • You've run one or two Pilots and know what keeps paying off.
  • You need someone running automations every week, not just shipping them once.
  • You don't want to hire an in-house AI engineer at $120K loaded.
  • You want senior oversight without paying for a part-time CTO.
Team composition

Build the team your AI plan needs.

Start with the standard team. Add more people as the work grows. Cancel any add-on with a week's notice.

Standard team · The baseline

One AI engineer. One delivery lead.

$3,500 / month
  • 1 AI engineer
A full-time engineer working on your plan.
  • Vixure delivery oversight
Weekly check-ins, strategic oversight, accountability for what ships.
Add capacity · Scale on demand

Stack what you need, when you need it.

  • Additional AI engineer
Another full-time engineer on the team.
    +$2,500 / mo
  • Specialist
Data engineer, ML engineer, or integration specialist.
    +$3,500 / mo
  • Senior AI engineering lead
Technical lead embedded with the team for complex builds.
    +$4,500 / mo
Why this works

The math that makes Operators an easy yes.

  • One-third the cost of a hire. Hiring an in-house AI engineer runs about $120K a year once you add benefits. An Operator team starts at about $42K a year, all in. Same work done, far less to commit to.

  • Specialists you only need sometimes. Data engineer for a month. ML specialist for the integration phase. Senior operator when scope expands. Add on demand, drop when done.

  • Senior oversight without paying for a part-time CTO. A Vixure lead keeps the work on track, so the team builds the right things even when you can't manage them day to day.

90-day snapshot

What teams ship in a quarter.

Placeholder examples. Real outcomes coming as more teams give us permission to share.

Revenue Ops

Pipeline forecasting, lead enrichment, account briefs.

A revenue ops team shipped three connected automations in 90 days. Pipeline forecasting now runs weekly. Lead enrichment is automatic. A Slack-based account brief lands every Monday.

Finance

AR automation, cash flow, board-ready brief.

A finance team shipped AR aging automation, cash flow forecasting, and a board-ready financial brief in a quarter. The board now sees the financials before the meeting, not during it.

Customer Success

Health scoring, ticket deflection, renewal risk.

A customer success team shipped health scoring, ticket deflection, and a renewal-risk dashboard. CSMs spend less time triaging tickets and more time on the accounts that matter.

Anchor the price

Compare Operators to the alternatives.

Hire in-house AI engineer ~$120K / yr loaded · roughly $10K / month, with hiring risk
Fractional CTO advisory $5K – $8K / month · strategy only, no execution
Vixure AI Operator team From $3,500 / month · executes the work, supervision built in
FAQ

Questions teams ask before adding an Operator team.

Do we need to run a Pilot first?

No, but most teams do. A Pilot proves the approach and surfaces what's worth running as an ongoing plan. If you already know what you want built and just need execution, you can start with Operators directly.

What's the minimum commitment?

One month at a time. Cancel or pause any month with a week's notice. We don't lock you in. Most teams stay six months or more because the work keeps paying off.

Who is the engineer?

A Vixure-trained AI engineer, vetted by our team, paired to your plan. You meet them before they start. If the fit isn't right after week two, we swap them.

How much of our time does this take?

One weekly check-in with the Vixure delivery oversight lead (30–45 minutes), plus async availability from one person on your side who knows the workflows. The engineer runs the work. You don't manage them day-to-day.

Can we bring an Operator in-house later?

Yes. Some teams hire the engineer they've been working with. We don't charge a placement fee. We'd rather you succeed than feel trapped.

Ready to put an operator team to work on your AI plan?

30 minutes. We'll talk through what you'd ship in the first 90 days.
