We sit inside your team, map the workflow, define what success looks like, and design the automation against your real data and your real constraints.
AI Pilots
We look at one part of your business, pick one task worth automating, build it, and give you a 90-day plan. Not a report. A working system you can use the day we hand it over.
The same engine that wins your next client can run your operations leaner. This is that side of Vixure.
$3,000 flat.We sit inside your team, map the workflow, define what success looks like, and design the automation against your real data and your real constraints.
We build the automation, test it against your real data, and iterate every couple of days with your team in the loop. By the end of the week the system is doing the work.
We ship the working system into your stack, document how it runs, train your team to own it, and leave behind a roadmap for what to build next if you want to keep going.
Same money. A real result.
A working automation, running inside your own tools on your real data, doing the job the day we hand it over.
Documentation and a handover, so your team can run, debug, and modify the system without us in the room.
A roadmap for what to build next, ranked by leverage. If you want to keep going, we know what's worth doing first.
Cut average AR aging from 62 days to 31 in the quarter after handover. Cash flow forecasting now generated weekly without human touch.
Turned signs of who's ready to buy into a weekly content calendar in 3 weeks. The team now writes for real buyers, not guesswork.
A weekly account health score that surfaces churn risk 45 days earlier than the team caught it manually before.
It usually is, because we scope the Pilot to one workflow that's the right size for a 3-week sprint. If the workflow is too big, we'll tell you up front and either narrow the scope or recommend an AI Operator engagement instead. We don't run over.
That's part of the conversation before week 1. We'll look at where your team is losing time, where data is sitting unused, and where one automation would keep paying off. By the time week 1 starts, the scope is locked.
One person who knows the workflow well, available for short syncs (30–45 minutes, two or three times a week). That's it. We don't need a project manager, a steering committee, or weekly status decks.
You own the system. Most teams either run it themselves, or move into an AI Operator engagement so we keep building alongside them. A few teams pilot once, learn what they need to learn, and that's enough. All three are good outcomes.
We tell you in week 2 if the automation isn't going to land, and we either pivot scope or refund the back half. We don't ship something that doesn't work just to hit the deadline.
Pick the function. We'll scope the Pilot.
