General
What is Vixure?
Vixure is an applied intelligence company. We put AI to work where it pays: first winning the right clients, then running the business leaner. Founded in 2022, we embed our own team of consultants, operators, and engineers to run AI inside your business every week, so you get results without managing another platform or hiring an in-house AI engineer.
What does Vixure do?
Vixure is an applied intelligence company. We put AI to work where it pays: first winning the right clients, then running the business leaner. We don't sell tools you have to figure out. We embed our team and run the work every week.
Who is Vixure for?
B2B SMB founders and operators between roughly $1M and $20M a year in revenue. Teams that have bought AI tools and can't get them adopted. Founder-led companies that want AI to do real work without managing another platform or hiring an in-house AI engineer.
Where should we start?
The AI Readiness Assessment is the front door. A 45-minute working session with a Vixure AI Growth Operator that ends with a written follow-up: where you're ready, where you're not, and the recommended starting point - Engine, Pilot, Operators, or Build.
How is this different from an AI consultant or an agency that "uses AI"?
Consultants deliver decks. Agencies subcontract the work. We deliver running systems and run them with you. Pilots ship in three weeks. Operators run the work every day. Custom Builds become permanent tools your team owns. Same team across all of it.
Smart Growth Engine
How does the Engine actually work?
Three pillars, six modules, run as a loop. Prospect Intelligence finds companies showing signs they may need you. Insight-Driven Strategy designs how to earn the conversation. Personalized Messaging drafts every message in your voice, a Vixure operator reviews, and you approve before any message goes out. Replies and signals feed next week's outreach. Monthly Growth Review is where we tune the system with you.
How fast do results show up?
First qualified conversations usually land inside the first month. The Engine gets better from there. Signals sharpen, messaging fits your buyer more closely, and more conversations turn into deals. Most teams hit their stride by month three and stay past month six.
What does Vixure need from us to run it?
About 30 to 45 minutes a week from one person who knows your buyer and can approve messages before they go out. Access to your CRM (HubSpot works best; Salesforce and Pipedrive also work). A description of your ideal customer and any positioning material you already have. We do everything else.
Does every tier include the full Engine?
Yes. Engine Start, Engine Grow, and Engine Scale all run all three pillars and all six modules. Tiers differ by number of campaigns, how many customer types you target, and how often we tune the system. A Start customer gets the full Engine, just running at a smaller scope.
Who writes the messages?
AI drafts every message from real buyer context, written in your voice. A Vixure operator reviews and refines the draft first. Then you see the final version and can approve it, edit it, or send it back. Nothing leaves your name without your sign-off. Three steps. The customer holds the final pen.
How is this different from 6sense or an intent-data platform?
We admire 6sense. They proved that knowing who is in-market before they raise a hand is worth real money. But their approach needs a big account universe for the statistics to work, a RevOps team to run the tool, and a budget between $40K and $200K a year. A 30-person company has none of the three. Vixure does the same job for small sales teams a different way: the engine actually reads your named accounts, finds real triggers with names and dates, a human reviews everything, and your team receives finished intelligence instead of a dashboard. You sell. We run the intelligence.
What exactly is an Intel Card?
One page of finished intelligence on one account: what the company does, what just changed, the right buyer with verified details, the timing signals with their sources, their likely pains mapped to your offer, and a first message you could send. Our engine builds it, a person reviews it, and clients receive them continuously for the accounts that matter. You can try one free: name an account you want to win and the card lands in your inbox within 48 hours.
AI Pilots
What happens in three weeks?
Week 1 we embed: map the workflow, define success, design the automation. Week 2 we build it on your real data and iterate with your team. Week 3 we ship it, document it, and train your team to run it. More on Pilots →
What do we get at the end?
A working automation set up in your own tools. Full written instructions so your team can run and change it. A 90-day plan for what to build next, if you want to keep going. Not a report. A working system.
Why is it $3,000 flat across every function?
Because the scope is the same across every function. We embed, we scope one high-value workflow, we ship one production-ready automation. The function varies. The shape of the work doesn't. Same scope, same price.
What if we don't know which function to pilot?
Take the AI Readiness Assessment first. The 45-minute conversation shows where AI can help your business most. You leave with a recommended function to pilot. Then we scope it.
AI Operators
How is this different from hiring?
Hiring one in-house AI engineer costs around $120K a year, fully loaded (about $10K a month). An Operator team starts at $3,500 a month, with Vixure oversight built in. You also get specialists when you need them (data engineers, ML engineers, integration specialists) without committing to a full-time hire.
How much time does our team need to give the Operator?
One weekly check-in (30–45 minutes) with the Vixure delivery oversight lead, plus async availability from one person on your side who knows the workflows. The engineer runs the work day-to-day. You don't manage them.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes. Start with the standard team ($3,500/mo). Add an engineer (+$2,500/mo), a specialist (+$3,500/mo), or a senior AI engineering lead (+$4,500/mo) when scope expands. Drop add-ons with a week's notice when the work tapers.
How long does an Operator engagement run?
Typically 1–6 months inside a function. Long enough to build, ship, train your team to run it, and document what's next. Some teams stay longer when the work keeps paying off. Cancel any month with a week's notice.
Custom AI Builds
What can Vixure build?
Production-ready AI workflows your team owns and runs. Common patterns: RFP Response Engines, Customer Onboarding Agents, Support Triage Copilots, Contract Review Systems, Knowledge Capture Systems. If you can describe the workflow, we can usually build it. See example Builds →
Who owns the system when it's done?
You do. Code, prompts, data, connections, all yours. Full written instructions handed over. Hosted in your own tools on your own accounts. We don't lock anything to a Vixure platform. If you ever stop working with us, the Build keeps running.
How is the price set before the work starts?
No charge just to scope it. Most Builds land between $7,500 and $25,000. Larger ones priced up to ~$50,000. We scope the project, quote a fixed fee, and lock the price before any work starts. You know what you're paying before you say yes.
What happens after handover?
Your team runs the Build. We hand over working code, written docs, and a training session. If you want ongoing maintenance, an Operator team is the usual next step. If your team wants to own it fully, you have everything you need.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Six prices, USD. Engine: $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,500 per month. AI Pilot: $3,000 flat for 3 weeks. AI Operator team: from $3,500 per month, scaled by added capacity. Custom Build: starting at $7,500, one fixed price. See each service page for the breakdown.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many teams start with a single $3,000 Pilot to see how we work. Others start at Engine Start ($1,250/mo). The Assessment is the lowest-friction way in - free, 45 minutes, no commitment.
Are existing customers grandfathered when prices change?
Yes. If we raise prices, customers already on a tier keep that price for as long as they stay on it. Loyalty isn't something we punish.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month for the Engine and Operators. Cancel or pause any month with a week's notice. Pilots are a 3-week sprint. Custom Builds are one fixed price, agreed up front. No annual lock-ins anywhere.
Fit
Who is not a good fit for Vixure?
Teams under about $500K a year in revenue who haven't found product-market fit yet. Companies that want pure consulting decks with no implementation. Buyers who want AI sending messages on its own with no human approval. If that's you, we're probably not the right partner, and we'll tell you on the Assessment.
What if we're too early?
We'll say so on the Assessment and explain why. Sometimes the answer is to come back in 6 to 12 months, once you're clearer on who you sell to, how you position, and how steady your revenue is. We'd rather lose a deal than take your money on bad timing.
What if we already have an in-house AI lead?
That's often a good fit. An in-house lead plus a Vixure Operator team gets you more shipped than either alone. Your lead owns the strategy and the plan. We run the day-to-day work week to week. Specialists step in when you need them. No turf battles.
What happens if we take the Assessment and it's not a fit?
You still get the written follow-up within 5 days. We point you toward whatever is actually useful for where you are - a different vendor, a different approach, or "wait six months and revisit." We won't pitch you on something that doesn't fit.
Still have questions?
The Assessment is the fastest way to get them answered. 45 minutes, free, no pitch.
