Our process

How our process works.

  1. Apply

    Use the form on the role page. Tell us what you've shipped and why this role fits.

  2. 30-minute intro call

    With a Vixure co-founder or the relevant technical lead, depending on the role. We're checking fit and answering your questions.

  3. A short take-home assignment

    Scoped to fit a few hours. The brief mirrors the kind of work you'd actually do for our customers: a clear requirement, you go work on it (using your own judgment, research, and AI tools to shape strategy and execution), and you come back the next day with what you'd deliver.

  4. Final offer

    Compensation, start date, scope. Usually within a week of the assignment wrapping.
