AI delivery partner for MSPs

Your clients are asking about AI. Help them put it to work.

Vixure helps MSPs, MSSPs, and IT service providers scope, build, and run AI for their clients. Bring your client relationships and technical context. Our team adds the implementation capacity, through white-label, referral, or co-delivery arrangements.

A team discussing client delivery work.

Keep the relationship. Add the delivery depth.

Your team already knows the client's systems, people, and priorities. We help turn that context into a focused implementation.

Client context

You lead the relationship.

Bring the business problem and stay involved in client decisions. Agree who attends meetings, sends updates, and owns each responsibility before work begins.

Implementation

We build with your team.

Vixure contributes workflow design, engineering, integration, testing, and documentation within the agreed scope.

Ongoing operation

Plan for life after launch.

Define monitoring, support, change requests, and ongoing costs. Operator support can continue where the client needs a team to run and improve the system.

Start with one client and one measurable workflow.

  1. Discuss the opportunity. Share the task, the people involved, the systems in use, and where your team needs help. An anonymized outline is enough for the first call.
  2. Agree the delivery model. Work through client contact, scope, access, commercial terms, and responsibilities before making a client commitment.
  3. Build and validate. Test the workflow with representative examples, a clear success measure, and an identified human reviewer.
  4. Hand over or keep running. Agree training, monitoring, support ownership, and how improvements will be prioritized.

A focused AI Pilot can test a suitable starting point. AI Operators support ongoing work. Custom AI Builds fit systems that need deeper engineering. Scope and delivery arrangements determine the right option.

Choose how we work together.

White-label delivery

Vixure works behind your brand as part of the agreed delivery arrangement. Define client communication, billing, support, and ownership in the engagement terms.

Referral

Introduce a client who needs implementation help. Agree the introduction process, relationship boundaries, and any referral terms before the engagement.

Co-delivery

Bring Vixure into the project alongside your team. Split responsibilities around your strengths and the client's existing systems.

What makes a good first opportunity?

A recurring workflow with a business owner, accessible source material, and a measurable cost in time or rework. Examples to explore include preparing account briefs, searching approved internal knowledge, or drafting a support response for a person to review.

Start smaller if the client has no process owner, cannot authorize data access, or expects unsupervised decisions before the workflow has been evaluated. Clarify those dependencies before promising a launch date.

See the work behind the team.

Our GAP airports case study describes embedded delivery across a multi-site organization. Our All In One Accounting case study describes the Growth side of Vixure's work.

These are examples of delivery and Growth capability. They are not promises of partner revenue, resale margin, or the outcome of your client's project.

Questions before the first call.

Do we need an AI engineering team?

You can bring Vixure in for engineering and operational support. Your team still contributes client context, access coordination, and the responsibilities agreed for the engagement.

How is our client relationship handled?

Our partner model is built around your existing relationship. Before delivery starts, agree who communicates with the client, how Vixure is introduced, and how future work is handled. White-label and co-delivery arrangements need different communication plans.

What does the partnership cost?

Implementation, ongoing operation, and the commercial model need to be scoped together. Public service prices are reference points, not a wholesale rate card. The cost guide explains what to include in a client proposal.

Can we talk before we have a client project?

Yes. The first call can explore fit and the kinds of opportunities your clients bring you. It carries no commitment. Detailed design, delivery, and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Bring one client opportunity. Start with a conversation.

Tell us what the client needs, what you already provide, and where you need delivery support. We will discuss fit and the next step. No commitment on the first call.

An anonymized outline is enough. Please keep confidential client information out of the booking form.
